pi2pi on Arc
pi2pi is built on Arc, a blockchain designed around USDC as its native gas and settlement asset. That fits a rental protocol better than a general-purpose chain where you'd need a separate token just to pay transaction fees.
Why Arc, specifically
- Native USDC gas. Tenants never need to hold a separate gas token (like ETH) just to sign an agreement or pay rent — USDC covers everything.
- Deterministic, fast finality. Arc targets sub-second (<350ms) deterministic finality, which matters for a protocol where deposit confirmations and rent payments need to be predictable, not probabilistic.
- No bridges, no wrapped tokens. Rent and deposits are USDC on Arc directly — not a wrapped representation that needs to be bridged in and out.
